Freeze / Cancel

Membership Freeze Policy

  • Members may place their membership on hold for 30 or 60 consecutive days.
  • While a membership is frozen, members may continue to enjoy club access at a discounted rate of $10 per visit.
  • If you anticipate being away for more than 60 days, we recommend canceling your membership. Members who cancel are eligible for a one-year grace period to reactivate their membership without paying a new enrollment fee.

Membership Cancellation Policy

  • PBAC memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis.
  • Written notice is required to cancel your membership. Verbal/phone cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Cancellation requests may be submitted through our website, by email at info@pbac.com, or in person at the club.
  • Cancellations become effective on the first day of the following month after notice is received.
  • To avoid additional monthly billing, cancellation requests must be received by 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on the last day of the month.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been processed.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email before the first day of the upcoming month, please contact PBAC immediately to avoid additional billing.
  • All past-due balances must be paid in full before a membership cancellation can be completed.
  • Members who cancel their membership are granted a one-year grace period to renew their membership without paying an enrollment fee.
  • Membership dues are not based on facility usage. Failure to use the club does not relieve members of their financial obligations through the effective cancellation date.
